Michael DeGiorgio is the Founder and CEO of Crexi, an AI-powered commercial real estate platform he launched in 2015 to create a more open, efficient marketplace for CRE transactions. Before founding Crexi, he spent four years at Auction.com (now Ten-X), where he managed more than 400 commercial real estate transactions totaling over $1 billion and became one of the company’s top sales producers. He holds a business degree from Northern Illinois University, where he later received the Outstanding Young Alumni award and has served as a visiting lecturer.
